Francois de Kock
Francois de Kock is the sole proprietor of Francois de Kock Attorneys.
Francois de Kock completed his Legum Baccalaurus (LLB) and School for Legal Practice-programme at the University of Pretoria and was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa during July 2014.
During December 2012 to August 2016, he gained extensive experience in general legal practice, with specific emphasis on Criminal Law, Civil Litigation, Debt Collection and Administration of Deceased Estates under the employment of JH van Heerden & Cohen Attorneys, Springs, Gauteng.
His areas of specialisation expanded to include the many aspects of Firearm Law when he joined Juan Kotze Attorneys, Boksburg, Gauteng, in September 2016.
Being a proud South African with a deep affection for the nation’s culture and history, Francois opened his own practice in the nation’s capital. Francois de Kock Attorneys was founded in September 2018, Pretoria.
He practices all over Gauteng and beyond where he prides himself as being a salesman of peace of mind.
